MILWAUKEE - The Houston Rockets' perfect start is holding up on the road. Houston leads the Milwaukee Bucks 57-35 at halftime at Fiserv Forum on Wednesday night, per the live Sportradar file - a one-point game flipped by a second quarter the Rockets won 34-14 after taking the first 23-21.
Houston is doing it shorthanded in the middle. The Rockets arrived as one of the league's four remaining unbeatens at 4-0, with wins over Dallas, San Antonio and Atlanta twice - those three teams a combined 6-2 in their other games.
Milwaukee, 1-3, is in a rebuild after trading Giannis Antetokounmpo to Miami in the offseason, and picked up its first win of the season - and new head coach Taylor Jenkins' first win - on Monday, 110-102 over Indiana behind 23 points from Tyler Herro. Wednesday's first half has been a different weight class: the Bucks managed 14 points in the second quarter against a Houston defense missing its starting center.
