Powerball Winning Numbers: 2, 4, 18, 50, 56 and Powerball 20 - No Winner, Jackpot Heads Toward $800 Million
Nobody matched all six numbers in the Halloween drawing for $760 million, so the Powerball jackpot rolls to an estimated $800 million for Monday night. The winning numbers were 2, 4, 18, 50 and 56, with a Powerball of 20 and a Power Play of 3x.

HOUSTON - Check the Halloween tickets one more time, because the big one got away from everybody. The Powerball winning numbers for Saturday, October 31 were 2, 4, 18, 50 and 56, with a red Powerball of 20 and a Power Play multiplier of 3x, and no ticket anywhere matched all six numbers, according to the reports published after the drawing.
Saturday's jackpot stood at an estimated $760 million, with a cash value of $325.7 million. With no grand-prize winner, the jackpot rolls forward to approximately $800 million for the next drawing, on Monday, November 2 at 10:59 p.m. Eastern - 9:59 p.m. in Texas. It is the second straight roll: Wednesday's drawing, with numbers 11, 13, 16, 47 and 60 and a Powerball of 13, also produced no jackpot winner.
Powerball is played in 45 states, including Texas, plus Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, with drawings every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday night. Tickets cost $2, and the odds of matching all six numbers are about 1 in 292 million - which is exactly why a jackpot this size draws lines of players who almost never buy a ticket the rest of the year.
Texas players should check their tickets carefully even without a jackpot winner: matching five white balls pays $1 million, and the Power Play multiplier applies to most non-jackpot prizes. The Texas Lottery reminds players to sign the back of a winning ticket and check the official results before claiming.
